Research Process


The TalentMine® selection and development assessments are based upon the study of high performing individuals, work units and cultures across companies. To develop TalentMine®’s standard assessments by industry, the TalentMine® research team conducted Qualitative research, including focus groups and discovery interviews with top performers, to identify the consistent patterns that serve as the baseline for development of the TalentMine® success profiles. Performance-based success models were developed and tested for reliability, construct and criterion-based validity and EEO compliance for the following job categories: manager, professional, sales, service, and team associate.
