TalentMine® clients follow a standard validation process prior to the application of any of the TalentMine® assessments to ensure that each target assessment is appropriate for the target job and calibrated for the culture where it will be applied. Discovery interviews with stakeholders are typically complemented by focus groups with top performers to understand the demands of the job and critical success factors. In addition, job experts are invited to go online and complete a job analyses for each job and culture of study. The combined results of these online analyses are applied to create a weighted TalentMine® Index (TMI) which is the overall score to assess an individual’s job and culture fit. The culture-fit analysis helps improve the accuracy and sensitivity of the assessment to the factors of success within the target work environment and has been found to increase the retention rates of new hires.
