Strengths Engagement
TalentMine® serves as the research division for The Marcus Buckingham Company™ and hosts the Strengths Engagement Track (SET) survey, which is featured in Buckingham’s book “Go Put Your Strengths to Work.” This track is a simple way to analyze organizational strengths engagement and track teams in applying their strengths for impact on the job.
