What if I Forget My Password?
From the Home Page or Log In page, click on "Forgot Password?". Enter in your E-Mail Address (which is your User Name) and click "Submit." You will be prompted with your secret question. If you answer your secret question correctly, your password will be emailed to your e-mail address.

What if I Don't Have Time to Complete the TalentMine Inventories in One Sitting?
You may 'Save & Exit' any time after you have saved your Account Profile information, which includes your username (email address) and password. You may Log In at any time with your User Name and Password and pick up where you last left off.

Why does my Computer seem to be running slower when I am on the Internet?
Slowness in Internet response time is usually due to the speed of your Internet connection, high traffic at your Internet Service Provider (ISP), or a memory shortage on your computer. High traffic may be addressed by completing the Inventories during off-peak times. Here are some suggestions to help speed up Internet response time:
  • Clean out your cache/temporary Internet files that have been saved to your hard drive. To do this, go to the "Tools" menu in Internet Explorer > click "Internet Options." Then, on the "General" tab, under "Temporary Internet Files," click "Delete Files."
  • If memory is still an issue, you may improve Internet response time by closing all other running applications on your computer.
If I need assistance and decide to e-mail or call TalentMine, what information do I need to provide?
  • Your UserName (e-mail address)
  • The complete error message or symptom that you encountered
  • Page within TalentMine application that you were on when you encountered the error
  • Date and time of problem
  • Date and time of your last successful logon, if this is a subsequent visit
  • Your Internet Service Provider (ISP), the company that provides you access to the Internet (do you dialup or highspeed? Are you on a LAN at work?)
  • Modem and processor speed (can be accessed for Windows by using the following path: Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Information > System Summary)
  • Browser and version (ie Internet Explorer 5.0)
  • Type of hardware (PC or MAC)
  • Operating system (Windows for PC)
